New Law Requirements Instructions
As of January 1, 2026
1. Submit an order through the Website.
2. California residents only, print the
“AB 1263 – Notice & Acknowledgement” below.
3. Complete and initial all lines along with Date and Signature.
4.
You must also include a copy of your valid California ID proving that you are at least 18
years of age. (Please note that the “Ship To” Address must match the address on your ID).
5. Email the completed Form and ID to the following email address

6. Please note that all California orders have to be shipped as “
Adult Signature Required”.
Shipping this method will incur an additional fee of $8.50. We will contact you to collect this
fee.
7. Providing the necessary documents only applies to the first order placed or until expiration of
ID.
8. Since some devices, parts or accessories cannot be sold in California, each order will be
reviewed on a case-by-case basis for processing.
Once required documents have been received, we can then process your order.
